Get a guaranteed camping site big enough for your entire group! Group Camps each receive a reserved camping spot in the woods or meadow, sized so that each member has enough space for a tent or, if you share tents, enough space to create a central lounge area or communal kitchen!! This area will be reserved for your group and available no matter when you arrive. A minimum of ten (10) campers are required to lock in a group camping spot. There is no limit on group size, up until group camping sells out!

 

Buy a Lead Melter Pass using the button below if you want to be the head of your group, and are starting a new group. Buy a Melty Friend Pass through your group’s special link if you are joining an existing group.

 

A very important heads up for Lead Melters: If your group does not meet the required ten (10) minimum (which includes the Lead Melter) by the sign up deadline, or by when Group Camping sells out, your group camping reservation will be canceled. NO REFUNDS will be given to Lead Melters if you can not meet the Group Camping minimum. Melty Friends will receive a refund if their camp doesn’t meet the minimum. Act fast and organize your crew in advance!

 

Here are the details of how this works:

1. 1) Each group leader will purchase a Lead Melter Pass ($55 for Forest Camping and $45 for Meadow Camping). Once you pay for a Lead Melter Pass, you will name your group. Please choose something memorable and absurd that will make Melters everywhere proud!

1. 2) Once a Lead Melter starts a group, they will receive a unique link to share with all their Melty Friends. This unique link is the only way to join your group. Melty Friend Passes cost $45 or $55, depending on whether your group is camping in the Meadow or Forest.

1. 3) The deadline for a Lead Melter to register is July 1st, or when Group Camping sells out. The deadline for a Melty Friend to join is July 1st, or when Group Camping sells out. Warning: Group Camping Passes are likely to sell out early.

1. 4) Lead Melters each receive one (1) Early Entry pass to check-in at their group spot between 10am-2pm on Thursday. If they can't make it during this time they can deputize a Melty Friend. All Melty Friends who do not have an Early Entry pass will enter starting at 2pm on Thursday. There will be a Group Camp Host to direct you to your group’s spot. Any additional instructions will be emailed to Lead Melters. It's the responsibility of Lead Melters to pass this info on to their Melty Friends.
