Groop Camping Rewards

This year, we're rolling out the Groop Camping competition earlier than ever! With the ability to monitor your own Groops progress, as well as others, we're encouraging Groopies to spread the word and join sooner than later (for the sole reason of.... PRIZES).

For the FIRST GROOP to have 50, 75, and 125 Groopies officially sign up and register, we will reward that Groop the following:

TIER 1 PRIZE: First Groop to Reach 50 Registered Groopies

REWARD: 24 Complimentary Shower Tokens and Complimentary 2018 Groopie Registration for the 24 members**

TIER 2 PRIZE: First Groop to Reach 75 Registered Groopies

REWARD: Pit Access to their Headliner Of Choice (Max # of people allowed will be 75 Groopies)**

TIER 3 PRIZE: First Groop to Reach 125 Registered Groopies

REWARD: Shout Out and Feature in the Bonnaroo Beacon, along with a Professional Groop Photo. 2017 TBD Merchandise item for every member of the Groop **

**NOTE: There is ONE GROOP WINNER, PER TIER PRIZE. If your Groop hits multiple goals first, you will have the option of accepting the higher Tier Prize and forfeiting the lower Tier Prize OR accepting the Tier 1 prize, and forfeiting the Tier 2 or 3 prize. The second Groop to hit the respective Prize Tier will be rewarded the forfeited prize. Remember, all Groopies will be asked to verify a valid festival ticket confirmation # when signing up for their Groopie spot.

Hello Groop Campers!

Thank you for participating in Bonnaroo’s Groop Camping program. You are one step closer to having a guaranteed camping area near Centeroo for you and your friends at Bonnaroo — no matter what time you arrive at the festival. A Groop Leader has already gotten the ball rolling, and they, or one of their friends (who just might be your friend too!) wants you to join their Groop at this year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival!

This unique Groopie Registration page is specific to the Groop shared with you and indicated here, so for the first time, check the details below and make sure this is the Groop you are meant to Roo with!

As a “Groopie” you will be responsible for your own individual payment of $50. You MUST have already purchased your Bonnaroo festival ticket in order to sign up as a Groopie. This will be verified before you complete your purchase so please make sure to have your confirmation details handy. If you have not purchased a ticket yet, you can still do so at www.bonnaroo.com.

This page will have live updates on just how large your Groop is growing, as well as the progression of other Groops attending this year’s festival. Pay close attention because Groops that hit certain goals just might get a Rootastic reward! Groopie Registraion Deadline is Friday, April 7th 2017.

One thing to keep in mind! If your group does not meet the required 24 person minimum (which includes the Groop Leader) by the Groopie sign up deadline, you will be asked to merge with an already existing Groop. NO REFUNDS will be given to the Leader or the individual Groopies if you are unable to meet the Groop Camping minimum.

When your group sign ups are complete and everyone in your group has been verified, your group will then be “official”!

Beginning in early May, Group Leaders will receive all Groop Camping parking credentials and check-in instructions required to access the Groop Camping area. Please note that each Groop Leader is responsible to distribute, at their own cost, the Groop Camping vehicle hang tags to their Groopies. So make sure you stay in touch and are in communication with your Groop Leader.
