WHAT IS GROUP CAMPING?

A great way to keep the squad together and create the custom luxury campsite of your dreams. Bring a mix of your own RV’s, tents, and cars and customize your festival space. Group camps are located in a roped off area in a premium location near the main stages. To start your group camp, follow the steps below. 

Note: Group camping passes do not include festival, RV, or car camping passes (sold separately on TIXR).***

 

1 | START A GROUP CAMP

To start a Group Camp, the Group Leader must purchase a Group Camp Leader ticket ($15 + fees) and distribute a unique link to members who want to join. Once a Group Camp reaches 10 members, the Group Camp will be confirmed. If a group does not reach 10 members, the Group is cancelled and the group will be reimbursed their fees.

 

2 | JOIN A GROUP CAMP

If you are joining a Group Camp, you must purchase a Group Camp Member ticket ($15 + fees) using a unique link sent directly from the Group Camp Leader, or another Group Camp Member. Group signups will close two weeks prior to the festival start.

Note: Do not purchase a Group Camp Leader ticket if you are looking to join a group.

 

3 | REGISTER YOUR CARS AND RVS

All cars and RVs that are part of a group camp must register their vehicle before arriving. Vehicles can be registered on our group camping platform. Vehicle registration is free, however all cars and RVs will need a car camping or RV camping pass. Please make sure to register your vehicle at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure your campsite will be large enough to accommodate your group. 

 

Note: Preset options, such as Preset RVs, Glamping, and Preset Tents, are not available for group camping.

Adding your vehicle registration will increase your group size, but these will be deducted from your final group size number later.
