Welcome to 2019 Firefly Group Camping!
Firefly Group Camping is the only opportunity for large groups of 20+ to secure a guaranteed camping space together at Firefly in the Group Camping Lot. This campground is one of the closest spots to the main festival entrance.
Please note, Group Camping space is limited and is expected to fill quickly, and each person who joins a Group Camp must also have a Festival pass.
Additionally, the size of your camp site will be based on your final group size.
START A GROUP CAMP
To start a Group Camp, the Group Leader must purchase a Group Camp Leader Ticket ($10 + fees) and distribute the unique link (after purchase) to those who want to join their camp. Once a Group Camp reaches twenty (20) members, the Group Camp is confirmed.
Note: If a group does not reach twenty (20) members by the time sales close, the Group Camp will be canceled and the Group Leader will forfeit their purchase ($10 + fees) as a cancellation fee. All other group members will not be charged.
JOIN A GROUP CAMP
If you are joining a Group Camp, you must purchase a Group Camp Member ticket ($40 + fees) using a unique link sent directly from the Group Camp Leader, or another Group Camp Member.
Note: Do not purchase a Group Camp Leader ticket if you are looking to join a group. If your group does not reach 20, as a Group Member, you will not be charged.
Additionally, if you are a Group Leader looking to purchase Group Member tickets, please note that you will need to clear your browser cache OR utilize a new browser to access Group Member tickets via your unique link.
PARKING PASSES
One (1) overnight parking pass will be provided for every four (4) members of your group. Parking passes will be sent directly to the Group Camp Leader to distribute out to the group. Camping is available Thursday-Monday. Additional overnight parking passes are available to purchase.
OTHER INFO
Group Camping provides access to the campgrounds Thursday - Monday, as well as the following amenities: shower facilities, Camping Hubs entertainment, activities, shopping, and all your needs including: cell phone charging stations, ice sales, and water refills.
Group Camping does NOT allow vehicles at Group Camps. One (1) Overnight Parking pass with in and out privileges will be sent to the Group Leader for every four (4) people in the Group Camp.
No vehicles may be left overnight without an Overnight Parking pass.
