FEVO Keynote 2025: Building Smarter, Faster, and More Connected Experiences

This year’s FEVO Keynote in New York City wasn’t just a product showcase — it was a vision statement for the future of live events. FEVO President Betty Tran-Rennon opened the event by reflecting on how far the platform — and its community — has come.

Head of Product Matt Mastrangelo introduced a suite of enhancements designed to help partners sell more efficiently and strategically. The standout update: the all-new Offer Dashboard, now a hub for real-time, actionable insights.

The updated dashboard gives partners unprecedented visibility into performance — not just static reports, but live metrics that spotlight what’s working and where to focus next. Combined with Inventory Reimagined, it enables partners to build, manage, and optimize Offers with unmatched speed and flexibility.

Flex Plans & Fan Incentives: Powering Connection and Creativity

Matt also unveiled two new feature sets that speak directly to how buyers — and fans — experience live events today.

Flex Plans give partners the ability to bundle events in creative, customizable ways. Whether it’s a multi-game ticket package or a “Build Your Own” bundle pairing games with merch or food, Flex Plans make it easy for fans to curate experiences that fit their lives — while giving organizations the flexibility to drive revenue in new ways.

Fan Incentives, meanwhile, turns every fan into a potential ambassador. It’s a direct extension of FEVO’s belief that the best marketing comes from the fans themselves. With multi-tiered rewards like cash, discounts, merch, and exclusive experiences, partners can now motivate and reward their most influential fans — amplifying reach and community impact with every shared link.

These aren’t just new tools; they’re new ways to inspire engagement, loyalty, and sales growth through authentic connection.

Expanding Reach Through Distribution

Next, VP of Distribution Partnerships Lindsay Sorenson highlighted the growing power of FEVO Distribution, a network that extends Offers far beyond traditional sales channels.

Through partnerships with Costco, Sam’s Club, AARP, and other major retailers, FEVO Distribution now reaches over 100 million consumers across North America. And with the new Live Marketplace model, partners can sell real-time ticket inventory directly through those retail channels — no codes, no redemptions, no friction.

For venues and teams, that means access to massive built-in audiences, faster launches, and dynamic pricing opportunities that can drive early sales and fill seats months in advance. In short: more visibility, more control, and more growth.

Scaling Service, Certification & Community

Some members of the FEVO Partner Success team — Aaron Parris, Jamie Hernandez, and Alissa Persichetti — took the stage to share how FEVO is scaling to meet partner demand including resourcing enablement and introducing platform Certifications.

FEVO's new structure isn’t just an internal shift — it’s an investment in helping venues and organizations thrive. Expanded onboarding, support, and marketing teams mean faster responses, deeper expertise, and more strategic guidance across every stage of the partner journey.

And through FEVO Academy, partners now have access to certifications like FEVO Fundamentals and FEVO Power User — credentials that not only boost platform confidence but also spotlight professional achievement. It’s all part of FEVO’s mission to grow side by side with its community.

The team also revealed that FEVO Fest will return in 2026 — this time in Las Vegas. The event will bring together FEVO’s top partners for three unforgettable days of programming, product previews, networking, and nightlife — all in true FEVO style.

But this year, FEVO Fest isn’t just an invitation — it’s an opportunity to qualify. Partners can earn their place by achieving certification through FEVO Academy and demonstrating creative, results-driven use of the platform.

Those who qualify include certified users from the top 25 fastest-growing organizations and top 50 highest-grossing organizations, as well as those recognized for innovation, engagement, and collaboration across the FEVO ecosystem.

FEVO Fest 2026 isn’t just a celebration — it’s the culmination of a community that’s driving the industry forward, one creative campaign at a time.
