FEVO Guide to Reports: Turn Your Sales Data Into Actionable Insights

March 9, 2026

Every Offer you build in FEVO Enterprise generates valuable data. But if you’re only checking ticket sales totals, you may be missing a much bigger story.

FEVO's reporting tools give organizations a deeper look at how Offers perform, who their buyers are, and how revenue flows through the platform. Whether you’re analyzing campaign performance, reconciling finances, or tracking buyer behavior, the right report can help you uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.

In this guide, we’ll break down the key reporting options available in FEVO Enterprise and how they can help you get more value from your data.

Start in the Reports Tab

All reporting in FEVO Enterprise begins in the Reports tab within the left menu navigation.

From here, you can run different types of reports, adjust date ranges, and apply filters to focus on the data that matters most to your organization.

You can quickly view data from:

  • This Week
  • This Month
  • Or a Custom Date Range

From there, select what the report should be related to and apply additional filters if needed. Once your data populates, you can download reports for deeper analysis.

The Three Core Types

FEVO Enterprise offers three primary report categories that help organizations analyze performance from different angles.

Demographic Reports

Demographics reports help you understand who your buyers are.

These reports provide deeper insights into your audience, allowing organizations to analyze buyer information and identify patterns across different events, campaigns, or Offers.

This data can help organizations:

  • Identify audience segments
  • Understand buyer trends
  • Inform future marketing strategies

For organizations focused on audience growth, demographics reporting offers valuable context beyond simple sales numbers.

Contacts Reports

Contacts reports focus on buyer engagement and data collection.

These reports track metrics such as:

  • Tickets sold
  • Unique buyers
  • Contacts collected
  • Marketing opt-ins

This information is especially helpful for organizations looking to grow their databases or evaluate how effectively their Offers are capturing new contacts.

For marketing teams, these reports can help measure how ticket sales translate into long-term audience growth.

Sales Reports

Sales reports provide a comprehensive view of Offer performance and revenue activity.

With these reports, you can quickly analyze metrics like:

  • Revenue generated
  • Total orders
  • Tickets sold
  • Sales trends across campaigns or events

Organizations can also customize sales reports using filters to isolate specific campaigns, Offers, or sales initiatives.

This makes it easier to evaluate what’s working and identify opportunities to optimize future sales strategies.

Financial Reporting: A Clear View of Revenue

For organizations that need deeper financial visibility, FEVO Enterprise also provides Financial Reports and Settlements Reporting.

These reports allow teams to closely monitor revenue activity related to Offers and events.

Financial reporting helps organizations:

  • Verify transactions
  • Reconcile accounts across systems
  • Track commissions and service fees
  • Identify discrepancies in revenue data
  • Facilitate settlements with partners or stakeholders

Different users may see different levels of financial data depending on their role. For example, sales representatives typically view financials tied to their Offers, while sales managers can access organization-wide reporting.

This visibility helps teams maintain transparency while ensuring financial data remains organized and accurate.

Track Campaign Performance with Discount and Referral Code Reporting

FEVO reporting also allows organizations to measure how specific campaigns perform through discount codes and referral codes.

Discount Code Reporting

You can easily run reports filtered by discount code to analyze sales tied to a particular promotion.

This allows teams to evaluate:

  • Which promotions drove the most revenue
  • How discount campaigns impacted ticket sales
  • Which marketing channels delivered results

Running this report is as simple as selecting Sales Reports and filtering by the desired discount code.

Referral Code Reporting

Referral codes make it easy to track where buyers are coming from.

Organizations often use these codes to attribute sales to:

  • Specific marketing campaigns
  • Individual sales representatives
  • Social media promotions
  • Email campaigns

By attaching referral codes to URLs, teams can clearly see which campaigns generate the most engagement and conversions.

When you run a report filtered by referral code, you’ll be able to view attributed orders directly in the report’s buyer data.

Running Reports for an Entire Season

Need a broader view of performance?

FEVO Enterprise allows organizations to generate season-level sales reports by selecting a custom date range.

Simply enter your season’s start and end dates when creating the report. Once submitted, the report will run and notify you when it’s ready for download.

This makes it easy to evaluate full-season performance and compare results across campaigns or events.

Taking Your Data Even Further

For organizations with more advanced data workflows, FEVO also supports sending sales data directly to external systems through the FEVO API. This allows teams to integrate FEVO reporting into their own data warehouses or analytics platforms.

This flexibility makes it easier to combine FEVO insights with broader business intelligence tools.
